2. Information We Collect

We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on our servers. The App operates entirely on your device.

The only data stored is saved locally on your device:

• Saved traffic control layouts you create
• Your subscription status (active or inactive)
• Free trial usage count
• App preferences and settings

This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

TCC Field Layout Pro offers the following auto-renewing subscriptions:

• TCC Pro Monthly - billed monthly. Cancel anytime.
• TCC Pro Annual - billed annually. Save 33% vs. monthly.

All payments are processed securely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see or store your payment information.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel in:

• iOS: Settings - [Your Name] - Subscriptions
• Android: Google Play - Profile - Payments and subscriptions - Subscriptions

4. Third-Party Services

• Apple App Store / StoreKit - for in-app purchases on iOS
• Google Play Billing - for in-app purchases on Android
• Google Maps / Street View (optional) - opens Google Maps on your device. No data is sent from the App itself.

5. Permissions

The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, or photos. The only permission used is internet access to validate your subscription.

6. Children's Privacy

TCC Field Layout Pro is intended for professional use by traffic control personnel and is not directed at children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
